I am, overall, very satisfied with my purchase of this bag. It has held up extremely well and, more importantly, been easy to handle while traveling. E-Bags have the best values for purses, suitcases, etc. anywhere that I shop. I have tons of things from e-bags, and get compliments all the time. Keep up the great effort! This is not convenientfor travelling through airports, or unpacking the trunk of a car. This is the best piece of luggage I have ever owned. It is light and compact, yet it holds a ton of stuff. The adjustable handle is one of the best features, because I''''m tall and most rolling luggage hits me in the back of my foot when I walk with it. This one doesn''''t.
